As a kid, I was always taking things apart. I was great at it. Thankfully, I’m now an expert at putting them back together as well. The coffee obsession started in London of all places, where it used to be hard to find a decent cup. This got me wondering what it was all about, and soon after I set about finding out what made coffee machines tick.

Fast forward a few years, and after time spent with some of the best people in the Melbourne coffee industry, I’m now independent. This means I can invest much more in my craft as a technician, and, just as importantly, building long-lasting relationships with my clients.
